To our Residents, Families, Staff Associates and Guests

As I write this today, America is taking a moment to evaluate the current health situation, yet, with the hope that we will again move forward soon.  It is frustrating for sure, which is why I wanted to talk a little about Patience, Persistence and Perseverance.  These are three terms we must all come to understand and practice in these challenging times. We all prefer stability and consistency in our lives; however, that has been difficult over the past few months.

That being said, Retirement Center Management is adopting the mantra of Patience, Persistence and Perseverance. Our goal to provide excellence in service, an experience that exceeds your expectations and a home where your well being is our passion has not changed.

“Patience is not the ability to wait, but the ability to keep a good attitude while waiting.” 

We do not know exactly how long it will take to overcome our current predicament, but what I can promise is our teams will work patiently and keep a good attitude while we wait. Staying patient and positive with our residents, families, staff associates and guests is key to delivering the experience we promise.

Retirement Center Management will persistently provide excellence in service even in the most challenging environment. We constantly train and retrain our team members in proven techniques of hospitality service which includes maintaining our communities at the highest level of safety and cleanliness. 

We have adapted our service delivery to provide dining, lifestyle activities, housekeeping and maintenance in the safest and least restrictive manner possible.

Finally we will persevere. Retirement Center Management and all of our team members are looking forward to when we can say “What a year that was”.  We talk with our associates daily and give them the tools and encouragement needed to keep their spirits lifted which in turn will help them deliver on our passion of serving everyone who chooses Retirement Center Management communities as their home.

I will continue to update everyone as time goes on and I look forward to the brighter days ahead.
