- Three home-style cooked meals and continuous dining from 7:30AM – 6:00PM in our elegant dining room, 7 days a week
- Porches and patios—most apartments have their own separate outdoor space
- Ice cream parlor, serving both ice cream and popcorn
- All utilities, except for telephone. Cable TV provided. Cable Internet available at resident’s expense
- Weekly housekeeping and linen service (Full-laundry services available for a small additional cost; community washer dryer facilities available at no fee.)
- Trash pick-up Monday through Friday
- Apartment maintenance including plumbing, heating and air conditioning
- Solarium, TV and game rooms; exercise areas; craft center; library
- Salon and barber shop – a full range of services, reasonably priced
- Non-smoking throughout
- Pet-friendly, with payment of a one-time fee
- Emergency communications pendant available to every resident
- Staff available on-site 24/7
- All in-house activities are free; trips outside the community are either free or reasonably priced

Hurricane Harvey did not consider age as it brought its flood waters throughout the Houston area, as both young and old scrambled as best they could to find a safe place to stay. RCM Awarded Grant
Retirement Center Management (RCM) has been awarded a grant from Argentum for our commitment to our residents and staff during Hurricane Harvey. The Grant awarded was from a commitment to match up to $50,000 in relief efforts to aid Argentum member communities impacted by the devastating hurricane. Hurricane Harvey Update
The catastrophic flooding in the Houston area after Hurricane Harvey has been devastating. We are thankful that none of the Retirement Center Management (RCM) communities affected by the storm had to be evacuated. Our residents have been able to remain in their homes and continue to receive care and support from our dedicated staff since the onset of Hurricane Harvey.
