Recently my daughter who lives in Cypress decided that my husband and I should move to Village on the Park. Her work partner’s parents lived there–here. Our daughter from California flew to Albuquerque to fly with us to this place. We found it to be nice and thought Terri (our daughter) had made a good decision. A few days ago, the sky darkened and the television spoke only of a Hurricane. Now we wondered if we would have power and food. Had we made a good decision? We were surprised to watch what looked like a miracle unfold – we had lights. We assumed we would have limited food – instead we had meals as usual; served in a creative way to accommodate a smaller staff. Village on the Park is a bundle of miracles. We are blessed to be here!
