Do I purchase my apartment or cottage unit?
No. There is a one time non-refundable community fee and a monthly fee.

Are utilities included in my rent?
Yes, all utilities, except phone, are included in the monthly fee.

Are housekeeping services included in my monthly fee?
Yes, once per week housekeeping services are included.

Will my apartment or cottage have an emergency call system?
Yes. A wireless emergency pendant is included in the monthly fee. The alert pendant can be pressed to summon emergency assistance 24-hours a day.  Additionally each community is equipped with automatic fall detection pendants for extra security in the event a resident is unable to press their pendant.

What type of transportation is available to residents?
Each community currently provides scheduled transportation 5 days a week. This includes days for errand runs, physician visits, grocery outings and spiritual services. Additional transportation can be arranged for a fee. Each community also has outings that make scheduled trips to shopping malls, restaurants as well as sightseeing and entertainment destinations. Our bus is wheelchair accessible.
